Darkwave is an experimental music project incorporating progressive and thrash metal basics combined with symphonic, electronic or even jazz elements. While the backbone of this music is built on old school metal riffwork, the project doesn’t intend to limit itself to stay inside a single sub-genre, but rather to synthesize various feelings, influences and approaches into a complex musical entity. The present website was built with the aim of giving a detailed introduction to everyone who wish to dig deeper into the past, present and future of Darkwave.
